Welcome to Boundless Gardens. We’re a small-scale intensive backyard flower farm with a mission to grow irresistible flowers and cultivate community through sharing the joy and magic they provide.
We grow chemical-free flowers in two backyards in the Kawartha Lakes. Our farm focuses on ecological production practices, working in harmony with nature and prioritizing biodiversity to improve the health of the soil and local ecosystems.
We believe in the power of flowers to connect us; evoking memories and emotions that can deepen our relationships to each other and the natural world.

Our Story
We’re Evelyn and Erika, and we love flowers.
From the way they let us engage with all our senses, to the way they can bring up a memory or remind us of a loved one. Flowers make us feel loved and appreciated. They remind us of all the beauty the world has to offer.
Living in the city, we both found ourselves looking for small opportunities to connect with nature. One way we'd do this was to buy ourselves flowers.
When we realized the many issues with imported cut flowers– grown using harsh chemicals and unethical labour, and transported from thousands of miles away – those pretty pick-me-up bouquets from the grocery store started to feel a lot heavier.
We wanted a different way to grow flowers; one that would be healthy for the flowers, the soil, and ourselves. A way that would embrace seasonality and offer a sense of place.

Land Acknowledement
Boundless Gardens is situated on the stolen ancestral lands of the Michi Saagiig Anishnaabeg people, and the traditional territory covered by the Williams Treaties. We, along with all people living in Canada, are treaty people and must work to reconcile the ongoing impact of colonialism on Indigenous Nations.
We honour the history of this land, and do not take lightly the responsibility to care for it; as has been done by the people of Michi Saagiig since time immemorial. We offer our gratitude and our promise to prioritize healing the local ecosystem and deepening our relationship with this land that provides us with so many wonderful gifts.
